Hetauda, June 28 β The Education Development and Coordination Unit, Makwanpur, has officially released the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results for the academic year 2081. The data reveals a mixed performance across the district, with only a small fraction of students achieving the highest possible grade point average (GPA) of 4.0.
According to the published figures, a total of 5,887 students from Makwanpur appeared in the SEE examinations. Of these, 5,658 were from the general stream, while 229 students represented the technical stream. Among all candidates, only five students, all from the general stream, secured a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The overall pass rate in the district stands at 46.86 percent, with a slightly higher success rate of 47.04 percent in the general stream and 42.35 percent in the technical stream. Out of the total examinees, 2,759 students passed the examination, including 2,662 from the general stream and 97 from the technical stream.
A detailed breakdown of the results shows that:
β’ 378 students scored between 3.6 and 3.99 GPA,
β’ 802 students scored between 3.2 and 3.59 GPA,
β’ 981 students obtained GPA between 2.8 and 3.19,
β’ 539 scored between 2.4 and 2.79,
β’ while 54 students scored between 2.0 and 2.39 GPA.
In addition, a total of 3,128 students received an βincompleteβ result, indicating that they did not meet the minimum criteria in one or more subjects.
